Audit Logs

The Audit Logs page lists logs with details such as User, User Group, IP, Action, Scope, Change Information, and Timestamp. Filtering by date and keyword is available.

Policies

The Policies page is used to list and manage global retention configurations. At the top section of the page, the following parameters can be viewed and edited: Schedule Job for Everyday at, Catalog Days, and Audit Log Days. These settings can be enabled or disabled as needed, and any changes must be saved using the Save button.

Data Source Retetion Settings list displays retention settings along with details such as Database Name, Database Type, Modified By, and Modification Date. From the Action column in this list, each setting can be configured as either Global or Custom, and its active or passive status can be adjusted accordingly.

Domains

The Domains page is used to list existing domains and add new ones. Domains are displayed in a table format with the following details: Name, Description, Domain Users, Groups, and Creation Date. Edit and delete actions can be performed using the corresponding buttons in the Actions column of the table.

To add a new domain, click the + New Domain button. On the domain creation page, you must provide the following information: Domain Name, Display Name, Description, Domain Users, and Groups. Once all fields are filled in, click the Save button to complete the process.
