Process Cockpit¶
This page displays the Process Definition schema, along with the lists of Active Instances and Incidents.
Flow Design¶
The Flow Design menu is used to create designs in either BPMN or form format. When creating a BPMN view, the design is built using the elements on the left side of the screen. For the Process menu on the right, the following properties can be configured:
- Name
- ID
- Version Tag
- Element Documentation
- Time to Live (History Cleanup)
- Startable Tasklist
- Candidate Starter Groups
- Candidate Starter Users
- External Task Priority
- Job Execution Priority
- Execution Listeners
- Extension Properties
When adding a form, the components on the left side are used, and the ID and Version Tag can be specified.
My Drafts¶
The My Drafts button allows access to the models owned by the user.
Deployment¶
This page displays the details of the deployments. It includes information such as Deployment Name, Time, Version, Resources, and Processes.
Flow Users¶
This page is used to list, edit, and delete flow users.
To synchronize the existing list, the Sync Actions button can be used. The Sync Interval value should be entered in minutes, and the changes must be saved by clicking the Save button.
Flow Reports¶
Flow reports are listed here with details including Name, Version, Start Time, Status, and Action.
