Policies

The Policies page lets you manage global retention settings. At the top, you can view and edit Schedule Job for Everyday at, Catalog Days, and Audit Log Days. Enable or disable these settings as needed, and click Save to apply changes.

The Data Source Retention Settings list shows retention details for each database, including Database Name, Database Type, Modified By, and Modification Date. Use the Action column to set each policy as Global or Custom and to activate or deactivate it.

Domains

The Domains page lets you view existing domains and add new ones. Domains are shown in a table with Name, Description, Domain Users, Groups, and Creation Date. Use the buttons in the Actions column to edit or delete a domain.

To add a new domain, click the + New Domain button. Enter the Domain Name, Display Name, Description, Domain Users, and Groups, then click the Save button to complete the process.
